Please note that I will not take responsibility for anyone breaking the Terms of Service.✧ Client(s) must be 18+.
✧ I have the right to decline any commission I don't feel comfortable taking on.
✧ Estimated time for completion depends on the current queue, it usually takes 2-4 weeks to complete a commission (but it can take longer due to irl problems, up to 2 months).
✧ You can see the current queue on my Furaffinity page (look for to-do list)
✧ I don't give sai/psd files of my work, the client recieve only PNG image (but I can share the files on my Patreon).
✧ After I complete the work any changes are not possible.What to expect:
• I take payment via Paypal.
• 100% prepayment (payment plans are discussable)
• Images / References are required to complete your commission.
• Written descriptions of characters as reference can be accepted but you will need to pay 10$ extra (Because it takes much more time to understand).WILL DRAW:

✧ Reasons for additional charges may be due to complex markings/pallet, mechanical body parts, clothing, props, etc.
✧ Please keep in mind that my prices change overtime.P A Y M E N T S / R E F U N D S✧ Commissions must be paid in full (100%) before work is started.
✧ Tips are always appreciated!
✧ Payment is expected within 24 hours of commission request approval, unless otherwise discussed.R E V I S I O N SYou may request additional changes outside of our original agreement, but I may not always be willing to accept them.
✧ You can request 3 free changes but only BEFORE you approve the sketch. After that there will be no free revisions (only if it's not my own mistakes in understanding your character's reference sheet).
✧ Revision costs are dependent on the amount of work it will take to complete.
✧ You are not allowed to edit my artwork yourself without my permission. (See Use of Artwork section)U S E - O F - A R T W O R K✧ All Rights Reserved.
✧ Always credit me when reposting or using any of my art!
✧ You as the client, have the right to use the commissioned image in any non-commercial manner.
✧ You are not allowed to use my art for commercial use without my proven consent and signed agreement.
✧ Violations to this Terms of Service Agreement will result in blacklisting the client from all future work.A D O P T S✧ You may resell for the same price you got the design.
✧ You may raise the price to include the equal cost of commissioned art of the character.
✧ You may not sell a design you got for free or won in a raffle, but you can trade them with others.
✧ Small changes to the design are acceptable as long as the design is still recognizable to the original and you do not edit the original artwork.
✧ You can of course change the name, gender, species of the adopt as long as it adheres to the above statement and does not infringe on any other person’s original species rules.
✧ All sales of designs are final.

✧ Never hide your bids, even if you make a mistake. I will hide them if necessary. DM me if you made a mistake.
✧ In the event that the winner breaks the rules and retracts their bid or cannot pay, I will ask the runner up if they’d like to purchase at their last bid price, but they may decline.
✧ Auctions always end on the date listed, but bids in the last 15 minutes extend the auction for 30 extra minutes.
✧ Payment is due within 24 hours of me notifying you of winning, unless otherwise discussed beforehand.
✧ If you fail to pay within this time and without notice, I will offer the prize to the next person.
✧ If you ignore my messages and do not pay, you may be blacklisted from buying anything else from me.
